The problem
Parents ask about courses, batch timings and fees by phone. Staff repeat the same answers all day, and enquiries written in a notebook or on scraps of paper are not tracked, so follow-ups get forgotten. Fee dates are shared in groups and parents still call to ask how much is due and how to pay. A good teacher can be hard to find because there is no page that shows what the centre offers.
What we build
We build a multi-page website for the centre. It presents each course, the batch timings and the faculty with their subjects. An enquiry form collects the student name, class, course and the parent phone number, and emails each enquiry to you. A fee page shows the fee schedule and your UPI details, so parents can see what to pay and when. Fee reminders are sent by you or your centre, as we do not send bulk SMS or WhatsApp messages. The Business package covers these pages and the form.

Typical timeline
The Business package is delivered in 7 days, counted from the day we have both your advance and your content. Content means course details, batch timings, faculty names and subjects, your fee schedule, UPI details and a logo. After the first version, you review it and request changes, and the balance is due on approval before handover.

Questions
Do you send fee reminders?
No. The page shows the schedule and UPI details; reminders are sent by you or your centre, not as bulk SMS from us.
Can parents pay fees on the website?
No. The fee page displays your UPI details and parents pay through their own UPI app. The site does not collect or record payments.
Can I update batch timings myself?
Yes. The basic admin lets you edit courses and batches, so a changed timing does not need a new project.
