Terms of Service

Template: to be reviewed by the owner and a CA/lawyer before launch.

1. Parties

These terms are between Brahmastra Studio ("Studio") and the client named in the proposal ("Client").

2. Services and packages

Studio builds websites, catalogues and workflow apps as described in the accepted proposal. Packages and prices are those published on the Packages page: Starter, Business and Custom, plus the optional Care plan. Scope outside the proposal is quoted separately in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

The Client supplies content (logo, photos, item list, text) and the domain, uses the work lawfully, and confirms it has the rights to all material it supplies.

4. Timelines

The delivery clock starts when both the advance and the content are received. Delays caused by late content extend the timeline.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a review round before go-live. Further changes are quoted separately or covered by the Care plan's small changes.

6. Payment

50% advance to start; balance on approval before go-live handover. Taxes (GST) extra if applicable.

7. Intellectual property

The Client owns the delivered site and content on full payment. Studio keeps its own tooling and may show the work in its portfolio only with the Client's written permission.

8. Warranty

Studio fixes bugs in delivered work for 14 days after handover at no charge.

9. Care plan

The Care plan is optional, billed monthly, and covers hosting, updates, security patches, two small changes a month and uptime monitoring. It can be cancelled monthly.

10. Limitation of liability

Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Termination

Either party may end the engagement in writing. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction.
