Refund Policy

Template: to be reviewed by the owner and a CA/lawyer before launch.

• The advance is refundable in full until work starts.
• After work starts, the refund is pro-rata for the unfinished work.
• No refund once the work is delivered and approved.
• The Care plan can be cancelled monthly; the current month is not refunded.
• Refunds are made within 7 working days, to the original mode of payment.
