The problem
Appointments are taken over calls and DMs, prices are unclear and the phone keeps ringing while you are in the middle of a service. Customers hesitate to book because they cannot see what a haircut, facial or massage costs or how long it takes. Messages sent late in the evening are answered the next day, and a few of those customers have already booked elsewhere.
What we build
We build a multi-page website where every service is listed with its duration and price, grouped the way customers think: hair, skin, nails, spa. An appointment request form lets the customer choose a service, a preferred date and time, and leave a phone number. The request is emailed to you, and you confirm the slot with the customer yourself. Your address, working hours, map and a WhatsApp button are on every page. This is built on the Business package, because it needs several pages and a form that emails the owner.

Typical timeline
The Business package is delivered in 7 days. The days begin once we have received your advance and your content together. Content means your service list with prices and durations, photos of the salon or spa, a logo and your working hours. You review the site, send corrections, and pay the balance on approval before handover.

No. The form sends you a request and you confirm it with the customer.
Can I change prices when they change?
Yes. The basic admin lets you edit services, durations and prices yourself, without waiting for us.
Can customers pay for a service online?
Not unless it is written into your proposal. By default customers pay at the salon or spa in the way you already accept.
