The problem
Event clients want to see your work and your packages before they call, and many enquiries arrive without the one detail you need first: the date. You end up asking the same questions on every call, such as the event type, the number of guests and the venue, only to find that you are already booked. Photos scattered across phones and social media do not show the range of what you can do.
What we build
We build a multi-page booking website. It lists your services and your packages in plain words, and shows a gallery made from photos of your own events. The centre of the site is a date enquiry form where the client enters the event date, event type, city and expected guests. Every submission is emailed to you, so you can check your calendar before replying. A WhatsApp button sits on every page for clients who prefer to chat. Because this needs several pages and a form with owner email, it is built on the Business package.

Typical timeline
The Business package is delivered in 7 days. The 7 days start when your advance and your content are both received. Content means your service and package details, event photos you own or have permission to show, your logo and contact details. You then review the site, ask for changes, and pay the balance on approval before handover.

Questions
Can I show my past event photos?
Yes, with photos you own or have permission to use. You send them to us, and we arrange them into a gallery.
Does the form confirm a booking?
No. It sends you the date enquiry by email. You check availability and confirm with the client yourself, and no advance is collected through the site unless your proposal says so.
Can I change the packages and photos later?
Yes. The basic admin lets you edit items, so you can update packages and gallery pictures without us. Larger changes can be quoted separately or handled through the optional Care plan.
